Ocotillo
Description
Typically grows to heights of 10-20 feet with a spread of 10-15 feet. Extremely drought-tolerant and thrives in full sun.

- Leafless for much of the year, producing leaves only after rainfall. Leaves are small, oval-shaped, and bright green.
- Produces vibrant clusters of tubular, red-orange flowers at the tips of its stems. The flowers attract hummingbirds and other pollinators.

Tips:
Plant in a sunny, well-drained location, watering deeply after planting and NEVER AGAIN, avoid overwatering to prevent root rot. Monitor for pests, and avoid excessive fertilizer in summer months.
